1. Who we are and what this covers
VMPD NEXT ("VMPD", "we", "us" or "our") operates vmpayday.com, its member and cooperative pages, and the Easy Mail Clicker ("EMC") browser extension. This policy applies when you visit those pages, create or use a VMPD account, connect Google to EMC, use our member tools, contact support or make a purchase.
2. Information we collect
Account and membership information
We collect information you provide or generate through your account, such as your name, username, email address, membership level and status, preferences, profile image, Builder sites and saved referral IDs, referrals, achievements, competition activity, Promo Credits, advertising activity, commissions, support messages and notification choices.
Transactions
When you buy credits or receive payments, we keep transaction references, amounts, dates, status and the information needed to administer the purchase, commission or payout. Payment providers process payment credentials under their own privacy terms; VMPD does not need to store complete card details.
Device, log and cooperative-page information
We may collect your IP address, browser or device details, timestamps, security events, pages and features used, referring page or site, cooperative referral attribution and time spent on a cooperative page. We use cookies and similar browser storage for sessions, preferences, referral attribution, security and measurement. Some public cooperative pages may use Google Analytics. Public profile images may be supplied by Gravatar using a hashed version of the member email address.
3. Easy Mail Clicker and Google data
EMC only accesses Google data after you deliberately connect a Gmail account and grant the requested permissions. Those permissions allow EMC to:
- identify the connected Google account and show its email address;
- find and display relevant credit emails, including message and thread identifiers, sender, subject, snippet, message content and links;
- create, update or remove the Gmail labels and filters needed for EMC mailbox organisation;
- move messages you choose to process or remove, including moving a message to Trash when you request it; and
- record operational totals, such as batches loaded, links opened and participating mailer names, so your VMPD progress and EMC usage can be shown.
The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The use of information received from Google Workspace scopes will also adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not sell Google user data, use it for targeted advertising, use it to determine creditworthiness, or allow people to read it except when you give specific consent for support, when required for security, or when legally required. We do not transfer Google user data except to provide or improve the user-facing EMC feature, for security, to comply with law, or as part of a business transaction where permitted by the applicable Google policies.
The extension stores its VMPD connection token and display preferences in browser storage. VMPD stores a protected version of the device credential and encrypts connected Google authorisation data and active EMC batch data on the server. EMC opens selected credit links in browser tabs; the destination sites have their own privacy practices.
4. How we use information
We use information to provide and personalise VMPD and EMC, authenticate accounts and connected devices, operate the Builder and referral system, award and display credits and achievements, administer advertising and competitions, process transactions and commissions, send requested service and marketing messages, answer support requests, measure feature use, prevent fraud and abuse, diagnose problems, improve the service and meet our legal obligations.
Where applicable, we rely on performing our agreement with you, your consent, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting VMPD, and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent where consent is the applicable basis.
6. Retention and security
We retain account and business records while your account is active and afterwards only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including legal, accounting, dispute and security requirements. Short-lived EMC pairing requests expire after approximately 10 minutes. Active EMC batch data is designed to expire after approximately 30 minutes and is replaced or cleared as the workspace is refreshed or disconnected. Google authorisation data is retained while the connection is active and removed when the connection is disconnected.
We use safeguards including encrypted connections, hashed device credentials, protected Google authorisation data and access controls. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so please protect your password and report suspected misuse promptly.
7. Your choices and rights
You can update account details and notification choices from VMPD, disconnect Google from EMC, disconnect the browser extension and uninstall it. Disconnect Google before uninstalling if you also want to revoke the server connection. You can separately manage or revoke VMPD access from your Google Account.
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, or object to or restrict certain processing. You may also request account deletion. Some information may need to be retained where the law permits or requires it.
VMPD is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when VMPD, EMC or legal requirements change. We will update the effective date and, when a change is important, provide an appropriate notice through the site, extension or email.
9. Contact us
Signed-in members can ask privacy questions or exercise their rights through VMPD Support. Browser-extension users may also use the developer support contact shown on the Easy Mail Clicker Chrome Web Store listing.
